I did tire flips a few weeks ago.


Big 250-300 pound tires. That was part of my last workout before I went on vacation. It was no joke.

Took two weeks off, and started again yesterday. We're doing 3 days a week now instead of 2 to make up for the lost time, with each session being an hour.

I feel brutal after Tuesday and Wednesday workouts, and I've got another one tomorrow morning.
